Review of constitutionality of law

If matters in trials are whether the order, rules or disposition of an administrative agency violates the Constitution or the governing law, the Supreme Court has the power to review its constitutionality. In detail, the Supreme Court conducts reviews and finds that the order or regulation in question is unconstitutional, it could officially refer the case to the Constitutional Court.
