What is the Guide & Interpretation Services for Foreigners?
It provides interpretation services for foreigners who may need them in court. Courts with services assistants provide face-to-face interpretation services while those without such assistants provide the services through video conferencing platforms.
However, since the court interpretation required for trials does not fall within the scope of Guide & Interpretation Services for foreigners, an interpreter will be designated separately by the court in charge of the litigation process.
What languages are available for interpretation?
Currently, Guide & Interpretation Services for foreigners offers interpretation for four languages: English, Vietnamese, Filipino, and Arabic.
