Appeal Procedures
If a party who is not satisfied with the findings of fact or judgments by the trial court can appeal to the higher court within 2 weeks from the date the judgment is served. Appeal procedures are similar to those of the trial court. The party who is dissatisfied with the judgment of the court of appeals may appeal to the Supreme Court, the court of last resort, within 2 weeks from the date the judgment is served. Unlike the trial court or the appeal court, the Supreme Court only reviews cases based on the petition of appeal, appellate brief, and records of the lower courts, etc. without trial.
